Brian McFadden Refuses To 'Stoop As Low' As Delta Goodrem

Brian McFadden has added more fuel to his fiery public feud with ex girlfriend Delta Goodrem, and revealed that he wouldn't "stoop as low as her" or take legal action for her candid tell-all on their relationship split.

According to various sources, the Australia's Got Talent judge was originally considering his legal options after Delta revealed in two recent interviews that she felt stuck when dating Brian, and that it took her a long time to free herself.

Brian however took to Twitter to directly address the rumours.

He wrote " I'm not considering legal action. I also wouldn't Stoop as low as her. If I did it would change everything. But I'm happy!"

The Daily Telegraph recently reported that the couple, who were together for seven years before breaking up a year ago, actually signed a confidentiality agreement when they split agreeing not to talk publicly about the reasons for their parting.

Delta therefore broke this agreement when she dished everything in the interviews.

How did Delta actually stoop? She said she was unhappy? Big deal! Brian has said MUCH worse over the time since they split! All he is trying to do is bring Delta down - unfortunately it's not going to work. Delta is so much more successful and is much better person than he will ever be!

Brian has not said a thing since they split the first that was ever spoke about it was when Delta spoke and I think if you ever claimed to have loved someone or respected them at all you wouldn't tell the world your personal business. Cause lets face it its none of our business but there own at least Brian had the good grace not to share with world the reason for there break up.I think it was wrong of Delta confidentiality agreement or not to confide in the world media about there relationship.I'm very surprised at her to be honest its quite classless.
