Beat-Box Champ!

He may be geeky and even a little kooky but that Mark Holden sure does have an eye for talent.

This week Mark's protégé Joel Turner of Joel Turner and the Modern Day Poets fame proved himself to be an absolute champion by becoming the World Beat-Box Champion in Germany.

Joel, the extremely talented lad that he is, also managed to take away the Group Beat-Box Champion's trophy with his good friend Tom Thumb.

"I'm stoked", said Turner of his huge victory. "It was tough, there were a lot of other competitors there, but we did it in the end."

Joel Turner is one talented lad, now with the world at his feet - we can't wait to see what he has in store for us next.
