Soapy Starlet Turns To Pop

16 January 2006

Holly Valance, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Bec Cartwright, Kylie Minogue and the list goes on - all of these former Aussie soapy stars have tried their hand at making pop music, all with varying degrees of success.

Now another soapy starlet is throwing her hat into the pop ring. Oh no you cry - oh yes, Neighbours lady Stephanie McIntosh is believed to have signed a record deal with Universal music. The deal is said to be a five album contract and comes at a time when former Home And Away star Tammin Sursok, is rumoured to about to be dropped from her record label, SonyBMG, after her debut album 'Whatever Will Be' flopped. Fingers crossed Stephanie has more success.
