Blink 182 Drummer Sues Drink Company for Damages

Travis Barker of Blink 182 is reportedly suing an energy drink company for wrongful use of his picture.

Barker, Blink 182's drummer, claims that the 'Rockstar' beverage website published an image of him without his consent. The photo depicts him "holding a can of one of 'Rockstar's' beverages, and identifying him and his endorsement by name."

The lawsuit accuses the company of unjustly using Barker's image to endorse their product, and an invasion of privacy, among other things!

The documentation states that Barker is "a prominent figure in the rock music world". The company are requested to pay damages.
