The first single from the soundtrack to the Ali G movie "Ali G In Da House" will be released on 13th May through Universal Music. The song, titled "Me Julie", is a comic collaboration between the man himself - Ali G, the leader of the Staines Massive and pop/reggae superstar Shaggy.
"Ali G In Da House", is the debut feature film co-written by Baron Cohen (aka Ali G) and Dan Mazer, and produced by Working Title Films (of ‘Four Weddings and A Funeral’ and ‘Bridget Jones’ Diary’ fame) and will be on general release at cinemas around the country from 6th June.
The soundtrack album will be released on 8th April and will feature stars from the world of rap including So Solid Crew, Adam F, NWA, Missy Elliot and Oxide & Neutrino.
DJ Ali G introuduces the tracks on his own "pirate" radio station "Drive-By FM."
