Joel Madden Gushes Over Baby Girl

Good Charlotte front man and new dad Joel Madden has been gushing all over the place about his new bundle of joy.

Baby girl Harlow Winter, born on the weekend, is apparently a dead-ringer of her mum Nicole Richie!

In a blog in his website, Joel wrote: "I am finally home with my beautiful girlfriend and our brand new daughter. She looks so much like her mum it's crazy! She eats like a little maniac and she's really sweet."

"She barely ever cries, even when daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me I suck when it comes to diapers, but I'm learning!"

"She is 19 inches long and growing everyday already!" Madden continued. "We are so blessed to have this beautiful little baby in our lives."

Madden urged fans to donate to charity instead of sending them gifts. "I want to thank everyone for all the love and kind words they've sent our way," he said. "We apologise we weren't accepting gifts, cards and calls at the hospital, but if you'd like to send something, we'd rather you make a donation to the Richie-Madden Foundation, which we started in Harlow Winter's honour."

The Richie-Madden Foundation is a charity set up by Joel and Nicole to support young mothers.

Meanwhile, on the same weekend in the same hospital, singer Christina Aguilera delivered her baby boy via Caesarian section. Christina and husband Jordan Bratman named their new baby Max Liron.
