Joel Madden Stunned By Baby Sellers

Good Charlotte star Joel Madden was left shocked and appalled the other day when strangers tried to sell him a baby on the street!

Joel Twittered that he was horrified by the incident.

"Today some people in traffic tried to sell me a baby," Madden said on his Twitter page. "A live human baby."

"I didn't know what to say. I said a little prayer for the kid."

"Wow. It all happened so fast. I was trying to figure out if they were serious, and I think when my reaction was not a good one, they just took off."

Joel said he "really couldn't tell" if they were just joking.

He and girlfriend Nicole Richie are currently expecting their second child.
