Geri Tour Dropped Due to Poor Sales

Geri Halliwell's UK tour has been cancelled, reportedly due to poor ticket sales.

Meant to be Geri's first tour as a solo artist, the concerts were to kick off in May with eleven shows in total on the bill.

But while her record company is citing record commitments as the reason for the cancellation, rumours are rife that lack of sales is the true reason for the postponing.

A spokesperson for her label said: "Innocent are excited about the new album and look forward to being able to promote it properly before Geri embarks on the tour."
