David Fincher's version of the 'Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' is heating up to be THE must see movie of 2012!
Fincher and his team have been teasing the public with a number of short trailers for the film, based on the best-selling three part series by Swedish author Stieg Larsson, but have now realised a jaw dropping, spine tingling 8 minute trailer to eagerly awaiting fans!
The trailer comes at the same time as the announcement that Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails will be producing and creating the soundtrack for the hotly anticipated film.
If the title track from the Soundtrack, which features in the trailer, is anything to go by- this soundtrack should be as dark and amazing as the Oscar winning music behind 'The Social Network' (also produced by the duo).
The track is called 'Immigrant Song', and features Yeah Yeah Yeahs front woman Karen O. It is also a cover of legendary group Led Zepplin.
The song is perfect for the dark, ominous themes of the film and stays true to the style of Nine Inch Nails.
But don't take our word for it! Watch the incredible 8 minute trailer for 'Girl With The Dragon Tattoo' and listen to 'Immigrant Song' below and tell us what you think!
'Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' is set for release in the US on 21 December 2011 and on 12 January 2012 in Australia.
