Nineties R'n'B star Bobby Brown is now suing his ex-wife Whitney Houston for better custody terms over their 14 year old daughter.Brown says he couldn't afford a lawyer during their divorce last year, and was therefore unable to fight for custody.
Brown has hit rock bottom since the divorce, seeking spousal support from singer Houston and being homeless at times.
Meanwhile Bobby recently lashed out at an interviewer live on the set of a British TV show, saying threats such as "I will whoop your ass in here, thoroughly"!
