This time next year, Guy Sebastian it is rumoured will have just celebrated his first Father's Day. Insiders say The X Factor judge and ARIA award-winning singer is expecting his first child with wife Jules Egan.

A friend of the couple's told Insider that Egan has just gone beyond the first trimester.

Speaking from LA, Sebastian, 29, did little to dent the rumour but stopped short of confirming. "You can write what you want, I'm definitely not adding anything to that rumour," he said.

Sources say the couple is in talks to make an announcement in an exclusive, paid, women's magazine interview.

Given The X Factor is on Seven, it's likely to be in New Idea, although ultimately it's most likely to come down to which magazine is prepared to pay the most.

The couple was reportedly paid more than $100,000 for an exclusive on their wedding in 2008.

In December, Sebastian told us: "We actually thought we'd be pregnant by now."

Sebastian's manager Titus Day said: "As usual my comment is no comment."
