Kelly Rowland Gets to Work

TAKE40.COM EXCLUSIVE

Sexy, urban-diva Kelly Rowland is back again with her new single 'Work'.

The track was originally recorded for her 2007 album 'Ms. Kelly', but has been revived by UK production/remix team The Freemasons.

Take40.com caught up with the singer to find out about her plans for 2008 - which includes the release of 'Work' (Freemasons remix), and the re-release of 'Ms. Kelly' later in 2008, which will include a mix of songs from the original tracklisting, new remixes, and brand new recordings. Currently working on finishing tracks for the re-released album, Kelly admits that whilst traveling the world working away, she does miss the company of her Destiny's Child girls, Beyonc and Michelle, who are also busy working on their own solo projects.

"Actually, I spoke to Beyonce and Michelle last night", she tells excitedly. "Beyonce was migrating from Las Vegas to New York, and Michelle is in New York right now because she has a photoshoot to do for her new record... so I'm kinda jealous because they're gonna get to hang out together! Whenever we're in the same city... we're either having lunch, dinner, or hanging out at each other's hotels. You can't stop us girls from getting together!"

Kelly hopes to travel down under to Australia later this year... especially if this single 'Work' becomes the hit that it deserves to be. Work it girl!
