INTERVIEW: Clare Bowditch Weighs In On Britney Spears

We chatted to the lovely Clare Bowditch last week and were lucky enough to hear an acoustic version of her new track 'Lucky Life'!

The down to earth Aussie has done really well performing around the world over the last few years, but we wanted to know if she was to let someone else cover one of her own tunes, who would her dream artist be?

Her answers were pretty surprising -- check them out below!

Clare Bowditch has a rich soulful voice and sings a lot of mellow tunes, so we couldn't help but wonder how she reacts to more raucous pop-based acts like Britney Spears.

Clare revealed "In Britney Spears' music I hear a deep longing for something..."

"If someone has such a deep desire to prove their worth through going to any lengths... you can tell that's a person that needs a bit of reassurance."
