Chris Brown Sells Home After Neighbour Disputes

Chris Brown is selling his West Hollywood penthouse after becoming fed up over a number of arguments with neighbours since he moved in last year (2011).

Chris has listed his condominium for sale at $1.89 million, almost $300,000 more than he paid for it last February (2011).

Brown has been involved in an ongoing dispute with residents in the apartment block after they alleged he caused trouble by leaving his cars in disabled parking spaces, playing loud music, partying, and racing dogs up and down the hallways.

Brown has rejected the claims and took to his Twitter.com page to insist he was barely ever home and therefore unable to cause problems for other residents.

But the three-bedroom property, which boasts an open plan kitchen/diner and an office, has now been listed for sale with a Californian real estate agent.
