19 August 2009
Simon Cowell is fuming and has contacted police after a song recorded by Leone Lewis and Justin Timberlake was leaked onto the internet by hackers!
Apparently the computer system at the record label office was hacked into and the track, entitled 'Don't Let Me Down', was leaked onto the net.
'Don't Let Me Down', produced by Timbaland and featuring guest vocals from Justin Timberlake, was tipped to be the first single from Leona's forthcoming second album.
Sony BMG owned label Syco have released a statement regarding the leak, saying:
"Syco are working alongside the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry, the British Phonographic Industry, the police and investigators in this and they are making fast progress."
"We will certainly look to bring charges against those who are responsible. We cannot give any more details at this stage for operational reasons."
Listen to the track below and tell us what you think! And be quick - no doubt it will be pulled down soon!
