The Whitlams have released 6 albums and received Australian Record Industry Awards for Best Group, Best Song and Best Independent Release. They have been playing and releasing albums since 1992, and so their own site contains a lot of archival material and message boards that you wont find here. Go to www.thewhitlams.com for a browse. Myspace rocks too of course. If you were looking for Tim Freedman in the early months of 2004 you might have found him doing a few strange things. He was in New York City in the freezing months of winter casting shadows in the steam rising from the subways. He was watching an American eagle hitch a ride on an ice drift down the Hudson River.
