Clay Aiken: 'Rihanna Would Struggle On American Idol'

Clay Aiken from American Idol fame has come out to suggest that Rihanna would struggle on a TV talent show like Idol because her singing isn't strong enough.

The former contestant was recently asked which current chart star would fail to impress judges on the series, and though he initially struggled to name just one, he singled out Rihanna because of her "pitch problems".

He said, "Oh God, there is too many. Too many... Current pop singer? I've stopped listening to them because they can't sing. (I'll go with) Rihanna (because she) has some pitch problems for sure. She does... Now I'm gonna get in trouble."
