Flo-Rida Not Aware His Support Act Jess Mauboy Was Sick

take40.com caught up with bling king Flo-Rida today during his Australian tour which includes a support slot for Beyonce's 'I Am... Sasha Fierce' extravaganza.

During our chat we asked him how Jessica Mauboy was feeling after she cancelled her support slot at Flo-Rida's Melbourne show on Monday night, but Flo didn't seem to know what we were talking about!

"Um... I'm not sure, you know... I'm not aware of her bein' sick."

*Cough*

Er... really? So Flo-Rida - you didn't realize that it was hip hop act J-Wess opening your show and not a 5 foot something Aussie girl?

"Oh wow.... I didn't know... I definitely hope she gets better," Flo-Rida continued.

Well Flo, Jess must be on the mend, seeing as though she performed her support slot at Beyonce's show last night - a mere 10 minutes or so before your own performance!

We pushed the 'Low' hitmaker on the subject a little more, asking if he wanted to give a shout out to the ailing Jessica.

"She's definitely a talented artist you know, um... she gave me the opportunity to do a record with her and I enjoyed it... so you know like I said I hope she get (sic) better soon..."

Well, at least he knows who we're talking about.

Flo-Rida continues his support slot for Beyonce throughout September, with Jessica Mauboy in tow, and performs his last headlining show in Perth on September 25.
