MTV Europe Music Awards Winners List - Beyonce Wins Big!

Beyonce cleaned up at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin. The bootylicious babe took home 3 EMA trophies for Best Female, Best Song and Best Video.

Eminem won Best Male, while Jay- Z triumphed in the Best Urban category. Legendary Irish band U2 proved they've still got it, winning Best Live Act.

The new Queen of Pop, Lady Gaga was honoured with Best New Act, while best group went to German rockers Tokio Hotel. Best World Stage Performance was won by Linkin Park while Pixie Lott was pronounced the first ever MTV Push Artist.

The awards were held in Berlin this year to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The awards ceremony featured some amazing live performances from the likes of Beyonce, Jay Z, Green Day, Leona Lewis, Foo Fighters and Shakira.

The ceremony was hosted by the very cool and quirky Katy Perry who oozed energy and flair through out the night and kicked off the show with this dazzling performance.
