Former NSync singer Joey Fatone is set to host Channel 9 Australia's newest game show, 'The Singing Bee'!
Fatone hosts the show in the US and Canada, and will now obligingly bring it to Australian audiences.
The concept of the show involves contestants singing parts of a nominated song - and being judged not on singing talent, but on how well they know the lyrics!
Nine Network Head of Programming, Michael Healy, said in a statement: Joeys music credentials having enjoyed huge musical success with *NSYNC make him the perfect choice for this show.
'The Singing Bee' starts soon on the Nine Network.
Other NSync retirees include JC Chasez, who attempted a brief solo career in 2004 with his single 'All Day Long I Dream About Sex'; Lance Bass, who made headlines by offering to pay $5 million to travel to space; Chris Kirkpatrick, who went on to voice a character in Nickelodeon cartoon 'The Fairly Odd Parents'; and of course Justin Timberlake, who, clearly the most successful to come out of the band, needs no explanation!
