Madonna Gets Emotional At W.E NYC Premiere

In a rare moment caught on film by a fan, Madonna is seen getting visibly emotional as she talks about her film W.E at the New York City premiere.

In the footage Madonna is seen introducing the film to a packed audience, going into depth about how she relates to the love story behind W.E.

Madonna is seen choking up as she describes that film as being about, "...what we have to sacrifice for love, what we are willing to do for love, the compromises that we are willing to make for love and the courage to know when it is not love, and when it is time to walk away."

Pretty heavy stuff! We wonder if she was referencing anything specific in her own past?

It becomes really obvious how emotional Madonna is in the clip when she thanks her mother.

The normally reserved queen of pop is seen stumbling over her words, her chest heaving as she struggles to talk through the tears.

We must say it is nice to see Madonna looking and sounding so vulnerable... it goes to show just how passionate she is about her film.

However we can't say the same about her outfit... what was she thinking!
