Miranda Kerr Set To Host Australia's Next Top Model?

Miranda's already one of Australia's most recognisable faces as a supermodel, but is she about to become a TV presenter as well?

While Down Under for the David Jones catwalk show this week, Miranda did not rule out the suggestion she could be the new host of Australia's Next Top Model, but didn't confirm it either.

Sarah Murdoch resigned from the role of host last season, having followed fellow models, Erika Heynatz and Jodhi Meares as previous hosts of the popular show.

So will Miranda get the gig? Foxtel's Director of Television, Brian Walsh admitted that she's definitely in the running to be the host.

"We have met with Miranda's management in the course of determining a talent strategy for Foxtel across a number of our properties including Australia's Next Top Model," said Mr Walsh.

"We have yet to finalise those plans but we have expressed to IMG our interest in developing a prime time vehicle for Miranda. It is really now up to her to decide if she wants to commit but we are keen, certainly.''
