Richie Sambora Busted for DUI

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was arrested this week for DUI.

Sambora was driving with his 10 year old daughter and a friend in the car around 10.52pm when he was pulled over by police who spotted his car weaving along a Laguna Beach road.

A blood alcohol test was administered on the spot, and police said the rocker was cooperative. "He smelled of alcohol," said Sergeant Jason Kravetz. "He was quiet and cooperative and he didnt cause any problems."

Sambora was held in custody overnight and is scheduled to appear in court on May 7. He could be charged with child endangerment on top of the DUI charge.
