take40.com exclusiveARIA award winners Eskimo Joe, who are on the verge of releasing their 4th album 'Inshalla', were one of many bands who chose to donate their time to perform at the Sound Relief concert in Sydney on the 14th of March.
We spoke to Joel Quarterman on the phone from Scotland where they're touring at the moment and he told us about the atmosphere backstage at Sound Relief after John Farnham had played
You're The Voice with Coldplay.
"It kind of brought a tear to the eye to see old Farnsy out there belting it out again," says Joel.

And it sounds like the experience might prompt Farnsy to embark on yet another comeback tour! He's already done two "final" tours.
"We were saying to him 'are you thinking about making a comeback, maybe the wife wouldn't be happy with you heading out on the road?' and he was like 'no actually, she's pushing me out the door.'"

You're The Voice has just entered the singles charts for the first time in 22 years, albeit at Number 84. Cadbury have also replaced the Phil Collins song in their ads with
You're The Voice.
Apparently he's also about to head into the studio to record another album.
If Farnsy doesn't feel like doing another tour for the love of the music, he can at least do it to reclaim his record of the most amount of consecutive shows at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, which was recently stolen by Pink!
