Jessie J is trying to remain positive after receiving death threats from members of the public after shooting to fame this year.
The singer has had a huge year thanks to the chart success of her debut album, 'Who You Are', but has admitted that mean and scary insults and threats have been spoiling her time in the spotlight.
WATCH - Check out Jessie J's Live Lounge performance!In an interview with Britain's Q magazine, she tells, "I've had people say, 'I wanna kill you and your family.' Death threats. I've had people say I hope you get HIV and throat cancer at the same time... They say I look like a drag queen. I think the world has become obsessed with hating things."
However the pop star refuses to let the insults bring her down, "People who wanna spread bad energy, I ain't got the time for them to be in my psyche."
