Courtney Love Slams Lana Del Rey's Cover Of Nirvana's Heart Shaped Box - 'It's About My Vagina'

Lana Del Rey recently hit our shores for Splendour in the Grass, and treated fans to an unexpected cover of Nirvana's song 'Heart Shaped Box.'

While most have been excited by this surprising cover from Del Rey, one person in particular seems less than thrilled.

That person is loudmouth Courtney Love.

Outlandish Court took to Twitter when she heard about Del Rey's stunt, and grilled the singer over the real meaning behind Kurt's song.

She posted: 'Lana Del Rey you do know the song is about my vagina right? Throw down your umbilical noose so I can climb right back'

Hmm ... ok! We're not sure if she's calling Lana a baby who doesn't know anything, but whatever the case... that's pretty weird.

On top of that Courtney is insisting she helped pen the iconic song, adding: 'On top of which some of the lyrics about my vagina I contributed.'

Courtney wasn't all bedknobs and broomsticks about it though, she did have one heartfelt thing to say to Lana Del Rey, finishing with ' So umm next time you sing it, think about my vagina will you? lol xc.'

Now isn't she the girl you want to bring home to your parents! Never change Courtney, never change.
