Adele Flips The Bird On Stage At The BRIT Awards 2012!

22 February 2012

It's hard to believe that sassy Adele has the singing voice of an angel, especially after she flipped the bird to everyone watching the Brit Awards broadcast today!

The visibly irritated singer had just won the prestigious award for Best British Album and was midway through her speech when she was unceremoniously ushered off stage.

"Nothing beats coming home with six Grammys and then coming to the Brits and winning Album of the Year," Adele began in her speech. "I'm so proud to be flying the British flag for all of you."

Host James Corden then walked up to the singer as the crowd began booing.

"I'm so sorry and I can't believe I'm about to cut you off ..." Corden said into the microphone.

"Are you about to cut me off? Can I just say then, goodbye and I'll see you next time round." Adele yelled before sticking her middle finger up to cheers from the audience.

Adele was furious that she had been interrupted. She later revealed "I was about to thank the British public for their support. They cut me off, sorry if I offended anyone but the suits offended me."

"I got cut off during my speech and I flung the middle finger. But that finger was to the suits at the Brit Awards, not to my fans."

It was not the only hiccup of the night -- earlier on, a member of the audience cleverly walked right in front of the camera as Corden was introducing a performer to the stage.
