Rob Zombie
Biography
moreDepending on who you believe, he was born either Robert Straker or Robert Cummings. But the music world has come to know him as Rob Zombie, first fronting a band called White Zombie and then as a solo act.
His horror-inspired hard rock found a huge audience with White Zombie's 1995 album, Astro Creep: 2000.
Rob had formed White Zombie in 1985.
In 1998, he started his own label, Zombie A-Go-Go.
That same year, he launched his solo career with the album Hellbilly Deluxe. Song titles included Living Dead Girl and Return Of The Phantom Monster. And the album sub-title was Tales Of Cadaverous Cavorting Inside The Spookshow International.
