Fergie Is Solo and Happy!

Before Fergie joined the Black Eyed Peas and helped rocket them to international superstardom she was in a little known R&B band Wild Orchid.

Wild Orchid may have been a launch-pad for Fergie into the music biz but it wasn't a particularly happy time according to the duchess of pop!

"When I was in Wild Orchid, I should have left a long time prior to when I did, but I didn't know how to. We were doing music that I wasn't really into. It wasn't fun anymore, and it wasn't a creative outlet for me so I went to other places for that," says Fergie!
