Chris Martin Teams Up on New Kanye Track

After appearing on Jay-Z's new album 'Kingdom Come' late last year, it looks like Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is set to lend his talents to yet another rap superstars album.
Chris has revealed that he appears on the Kanye West song 'Homecoming' which is expected to be the first single off Kanye's forthcoming album. The album, tentatively titled 'Graduation' will be the follow-up to Kanye's smash-hit 'Late Registration' record and is due out at the end of 2007!
