TIMBALAND TO WORK WITH COLDPLAY

Hit making producer Timbaland will produce some songs with British band Coldplay.

Timbaland says of the collaboration, "I try to get into their heads, see what they thinking about... And if they are feeling a certain way, I go by that. It's more about everyday life - than... about music."

The songs will have an urban twist and feature on Coldplay's upcoming album.

JAMELIA THE NEW BOND GIRL?

English pop star Jamelia has said she would love to be a Bond girl in the next 'James Bond' film.

The singer, who's current hit is 'Something About You', said "I would love to be the next Bond girl. I've looked a three scripts and I really liked one."

Jamelia will apparently go to Hollywood in May.

SHIRLEY MANSON TRASHES FUR

Garbage singer Shirley Manson will be part of a new ant-fur poster campaign.

The posters feature Manson dressed in evening wear and holding up a skinned fox, with the caption, "Here's the rest of your fur coat".
Manson said: "I believe very strongly in the ethical treatment of animals... A lot of my fans are very pro-animal rights..."

The posters will go up around the world next week.
