Chili Peppers Want Ban on TV's Californication!

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have fired up over the use of the word 'Californication' for the hit TV show starring David Duchovny.

The Chili Peppers originally used the term for both their 1999 album and single 'Californication'.

The controversial TV show has become a huge success both in the US and here in Australia, but now the Chili Peppers want some Justice!

The band do not wish to be associated with the show, and so are seeking a permanent injunction to have the name of the show changed!

Show producers also named a character 'Dani California', the name of another song from the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
