Leona Told to Lose Weight

UK singer Leona Lewis has apparently been ordered to lose weight if she wants to succeed in the music biz in the US!

Despite the worldwide success of her smash hit 'Bleeding Love', including making the number one spot in the US, Leona's been told she needs a sexier image to ensure longevity.

Her management team have reportedly hired Mariah Carey's personal trainer Patricia Gay to whip the already skinny Lewis into shape.

A source was quoted in British paper 'The Sun' as saying: "Leona has done brilliantly in the US. But some of her team think she needs to be a bit sexier if she wants to have the longevity of female artists like Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson or Madonna. Her look needs to be more polished."

Leona will apparently fly to the Caribbean for some intensive training sessions with Patricia, who helped Mariah lose almost 30lbs (just under 14kg).
