Kylie To Play Show In Oz

30 May 2002

Kylie Minogue is tipped to tour Australia in August.
Promoter Michael Gudinski said yesterday he hoped to confirm the Fever tour - which is playing to sold-out venues across Europe - shortly.
The tour was not scheduled for Australia until early next year.
"But I saw two shows in Manchester and it just blew my mind," Gudinski said. "Basically my whole vibe changed and I spoke to Kylie and her manager after the show and said 'This show is so good Australia has to see it'."
"Kylie's bigger than Madonna in England at the moment," he said.
But Gudinski warned if the tour did happen, there would be limited shows.
