Lady Gaga's 'Love Game' Video Banned From Australian TV - Watch it Here!

07 April 2009

Saucy popstar Lady Gaga has gone too far with her latest video, according to Video Hits, who have banned the video from their weekend programming due to it's "frequent verbal and visual sexual references".

Apparently the lyrics "I wanna take a ride on your disco stick" are too much Channel Ten, even though they're being played on radio stations all over the world without any problems.

Ten's censors have given Love Game an M rating, which is too naughty to get on Video Hits. They prefer either G or PG.

EXCLUSIVE: Watch Lady Gaga's 'LoveGame' Video and Judge For Yourself - Is it Too Sexy?

Producer, Ben Fletcher, said it would be impossible to edit the clip without "destroying its original intent".

It is airing on ABC's Rage and cable music channels V and MTV. They are under different codes of practice.

Both the film and the clip are both inapropriate - little kids will be seeing this kind of stuff! And I don't see how there hasn't been controversy about some of the other films clips - like Britney Spears' "If you seek Amy" video and some of Kanye Wests' clips. The video clips can be so inapropriate and some shouldn't be shown!

not even, its not even bad gee

Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with Video hits decision on that one. I watched the first 20 seconds of the video and it's disgusting. I don't understand why people find it necessary to put so much sexual content in a song... They do it for shock value, but this isn't even shocking it's just disgusting and innapropriate.
