All American Rejects Announce Australian Tour With Hoobastank!

11 June 2009

The All-American Rejects have announced they will return to Australia this August. Support at all shows will be US rockers Hoobastank and Adelaide's The Sundance Kids. The All-American Rejects, Hoobastank and The Sundance Kids will perform in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Shooting to prominence in 2005, The All-American Rejects have fast established themselves as one of the biggest bands of the moment. Songs like 'Move Along', 'Swing Swing' and 'Dirty Little Secret' have seen them catapulted onto the world stage.

The release of their third album, When the World Comes Down, spawned their biggest single to date -- 'Gives You Hell' -- which reached #3 on the Australian ARIA chart and achieved platinum certification, ensuring The All-American Rejects are a household name. When the World Comes Down has been The All-American Rejects' best received album of their career. The album saw the band scale new heights while maintaining the pop-punk base Rejects fans have come to love.

The All American Rejects were last here in February as support act for Fall Out Boy across the country.

Hoobastank are currently on the charts with their song 'The Letter' - the first single taken from Hoobastank's forthcoming album For(N)ever (in stores July 3) and featuring Australian singer Vanessa Amorosi. 2009's return will see Hoobastank back on our shores for the first time since their 2007 tour.

Tickets on sale Friday 19 June. Visit frontiertouring.com for pre-sale details.
