Happy Mondays Confirmed For Splendour in the Grass!

Can it be true? Yes it is! Madchester legends the Happy Mondays have confirmed they will be here in July for the Splendour In The Grass festival.

The band inadvertently leaked the details by posting them on their website. Splendour in the Grass have not yet announced them as being on the line-up, but more bands are expected to be announced tomorrow. UK band Doves are also expected to be announced for the festival, which will be held on the 25th and 26th of July in Byron Bay.

Just three original members in the band remain from the classic lineup (Shaun Ryder, Bez and drummer Gary Whelan) - but that shouldn't stop them putting on a memorable show!
