Mariah Carey Hits Out At Eminem In New Video!

01 July 2009

MARIAH CAREY takes aim at ex-boyfriend EMINEM in her latest music video - by dressing as the rapper.

Carey lashes out at the hip-hop star in the lyrics for Obsessed - the first single from her upcoming album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel - after Eminem claimed he'd bedded the singer during their previous brief romance on his song Bagpipes from Baghdad.

She sings, "You're delusional, boy, you're losing your mind... It must be weed, it must be the E... Why are you so obsessed with me? Lying that you're sexing me... You're a mum and pop, I'm a corporation... I'm a press conference, you're a conversation."

And Carey continues her tirade against the rapper by trading in her glamorous looks to appear as a man with a striking resemblance to Eminem, wearing an oversized sweatshirt, baseball cap and baggy sweatpants for the video clip, which was filmed in New York on Monday (29Jun09).

Just last month (May09), the singer's husband Nick Cannon blasted Eminem for disrespecting Carey, insisting their relationship was never serious: "(He is) still obsessed with my wife, the same female that wouldn't let him get to second base from eight years ago."
