Demi Lovato Goes To Prom With Childhood Friend!

DEMI LOVATO has kept her promise to a childhood friend by accompanying him to his prom.

The singer/actress made a vow to Nolan Narddechia when they were in kindergarten to be his date when he attended his end-of-high school ball.

And even though she has found fame since they both grew up, Lovato kept her word and went with Narddechia to his prom in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday night (15May10).

A picture posted on her Twitter.com page shows the star in a long red dress, posing proudly with her pal on their way to the prom (above right).

In a post accompanying the photograph, she writes, "A promise made in kindergarten finally coming true... Prom with Nolan!"

She later added, "Everything about this weekend was amazing. I love my best friends... Texas, you will be missed."
