According to reports, Ou Est Le Swimming Pool singer Charles Haddon committed suicide on Friday August 20.
22-year-old Haddon allegedly jumped from a tower backstage at Belgium's 'Pukkelpop' music festival.
London trio Ou Est Le Swimming Pool rose to fame earlier this year with the success of their debut single Dance The Way I Feel.
The band were scheduled to perform at the upcoming Parklife festival here in Australia, no doubt organisers will announce a replacement in the coming weeks. They also had a UK headlining tour lined up in October.
Ou Est Le Swimming Pool's follow up single Jackson's Last Stand was released to radio here in Australia just recently.
UPDATE - The Ministry of Sound label in Australia released this statement today (Monday 23rd August).
"We are all so deeply saddened to confirm that our friend Charlie Haddon passed away yesterday, Friday 20th August.
