In the age of rockstar frontmen ditching their bands to follow solo careers, it seems one guy won't be following suit. Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has vowed never to launch a 'nerdy' solo career because he's too dedicated to the boys!
The singer has recorded with a number of music artists away from his work with the band, including Kanye West, Alicia Keys and Slash.
But Levine is adament that these will always remain 'solo projects' and never the focus of his career.
He tells People magazine, "Never. I don't want to be a solo artist - it's nerdy. Being in a band is so cool. I'm going to do my own things, but my anchor is Maroon 5."
