Aussie singer Gabriella Cilmi is trying something different with her next musical venture. She's going to share her music with Manhattan commuters -- and not legally.

Gabriella is planning to busk her way through New York, playing illegally at subway stations throughout the city.

She will be constantly risking arrest, but rather than being scared by this Gabriella sees it as an exciting challenge.

Gabriella tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "I'm travelling with a friend and we're going to spend as long as we can without getting caught, fined or arrested, busking at various subway stations across the city. It's something I've just always wanted to do."
