Rihanna and Katy Perry might be heading into the studio to record a new song! Despite recently referring to Katy's music as "generic", Rihanna is excited about the idea of the pair recording together.

Rihanna told publication Entertainment Today, "We want to get in the studio and hopefully make something for this album, who knows - or maybe for her re-release. We want to do something together for sure."
The two have been friends since they met, with Rihanna even organising Katy's recent bachelorette party.
On their friendship, Rihanna said, "We just clicked. We have similar personalities and a similar sense of humor and from there she just seemed like a really down to earth person. In this industry you don't meet a lot of people that are genuine, but Katy is such a free spirit, she has no edit button!"
Rihanna also revealed details of Katy's upcoming wedding to Russell Brand.
Rihanna said, "Well, I'm going, and it's in India and I'm excited about that because I've never been there. I'm just excited to see her get married. I can't wait to see her dress. She won't tell me what it is!"
