Pink Says It's OK For Parents To Hit Their Kids

Wild pop star Pink is urging parents to "beat the crap" out of their kids, because she thinks she would have died young if it weren't for her dad's tough love.

Pink fears political correctness stops modern parents from spanking their kids, and she feels that many kids need a good smack from time to time to keep them on the right path.

Pink told Access Hollywood, "I think parents need to beat the crap outta their kids... I think the whole spanking thing and how it's gotten all PC (politically correct) is for the birds.

"(My dad) put me through a wall; it's the only reason I'm still alive. I deserved it. I would have kicked me out when I was eight... I was not comfortable with authority or rules. I was bad."
