Lady Gaga Takes Over New York Subway

20 May 2011

Lady Gaga has taken over New York, with the artwork from her upcoming album 'Born This Way' appearing on a subway train and a taxi.

Gaga's face has been sprayed onto the outside of a train carriage on 42nd Street Shuttle service, while a bench of seats have been decorated with a huge banner containing the record's release date, and promo posters line the interior.

The legal graffiti is part of a huge promotional campaign for the album which is released next Monday.

Lady Gaga tweeted, "Absolute Fantasy Dream Come True. My Subway Unicorn! New York City, We were Born This Way."
