Mariah Carey To Sell 'Tasteful' Photos Of Her Babies

22 June 2011

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's first official baby photos won't be sold to the highest bidder -- the celebrity couple are more interested in making sure the photos are tasteful.

Mariah and Nick welcomed daughter Monroe and son Moroccan into the world on 30 April.

They are now reportedly in talks with several magazines for a potential photoshoot to introduce the twins to the world, but the pair are willing to take a lower offer if it means the photos are tastefully done.

A source tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "Mariah and Nick are more concerned with doing the right thing than going to the highest bidder. They're talking to a number of publications about doing it in the best and most tasteful way.

"Nick has said on radio he doesn't feel entirely comfortable selling pictures of his children. But the first picture remains very valuable to the paparazzi."

A representative for the singer adds, "She is still deciding when and if she's going to (arrange a photoshoot). She is enjoying being a mom, and there's no rush. It's not about the money."
