Songstress Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon has revealed the details behind the incredible production that was the birth of the couple's twins Monroe and Moroccan.
Nick Cannon revealed to the hosts of US chat show 'The Talk' that the birth was a major affair with stage lighting, a camera and a live recording of Mariah singing 'Fantasy' at Madison Square Gardens playing as the twins were born.
Speaking on the show on Friday Nick told the hosts, "She (Mariah) wanted' Fantasy' from her live performance from Madison Square Gardens so they could come out to a round of applause."
He said, "It was a production, holding the camera, hitting record, like 'They're coming, let's go."
Talk about Diva demands!
The twins were born four months ago on Mariah and Nick's wedding anniversary.
Not to be upstaged, hours after giving birth Mariah was out of bed, in full makeup and hair renewing her vows to her husband.
Says Nick, "That is how much of a diva my wife is. Not only did she give birth to twins, but hours later she was in a gown, in hair and make-up."
We have re-listened to the clip and we are not sure that it is the first thing we would want to hear entering the world... what do you think?
