Declan Sykes Eliminated From The X Factor Australia

09 November 2011

Declan Skyes has been eliminated from The X Factor Australia, leaving just four acts to battle it out for the title!

Last night Declan found himself in the bottom two with Three Wishez, shocking most fans.

See what the judges had to say about Reece Mastin's peformance!

Declan sang 'The Ballad Of Mona Lisa' by Panic! At The Disco to save himself, while Three Wishez performed Jessie J's song 'Nobody's Perfect'.

But unfortunately Declan was the least impressive of the two. With Natalie and Ronan each voting to send Three Wishez home, it came down to Mel B. She cast the deciding vote, and Declan was sent packing.

There were also plenty of celebrity guests in attendance. In keeping with the legends theme, the final 5 got to perform with Michael Bolton! Plus we also had performances from Ricki Lee and Susan Boyle.

This leaves Reece Mastin, Three Wishez, Johnny Ruffo and Andrew Wishart in the competition. Who do you think should win?

Check out the finalists performing with Michael Bolton below.

Natalie and Ronan each voted to send Declan home, not Three Wishez ! Hence, why he went home and Three Wishez are still in the competition !
