Altiyan Childs Splits With New Manager And Long Time Friend John Martinovich

The year is barely a week old and already Altiyan Childs has stumbled upon a major musical problem!

The 2010 X-Factor Australia winner is rumoured to have been dropped by his manager John Martinovich just months after ending things with previous manager Steve Gold.

Contacted yesterday, Martinovich didn't have anything to say about the split, remarking only that he didn't want to comment and "need(s) some time to figure stuff out."

Sources close to Altiyan have confirmed the break up though, and say the move ends a connection that goes back several years, with Martinovich a family friend of the Childs family having managed Altiyan prior to his X-factor days.

Altiyan's former manager Gold (real name Steven Yankuloff) will face court this month to defend various weapons charges after a raid on his home last April, a day after Childs moved out of his garage where he was living for a short period.

Altiyan can't seem to catch a break in the manager department! Hopefully the changes in representation don't affect the release of his new music -- as we know his fans are super keen to hear it!
