More Soundwave 2012 Tickets To Be Released

Soundwave promoters have definite bragging rights in 2012, hosting one of the hottest events of the summer -- and practically the only music festival to sell out in the last 6 months!

Tickets to each of the three sold out Soundwave events are now selling for up to $250 a pop on eBay as scalpers take advantage of heavy metal and rock fans around the country.

But fans who have reservations about buying from unscrupulous merchants on online auction sites appear to have been given a second chance with promoter AJ Maddah jumping on his favourite press releasing vehicle - Twitter, to announce to anxious fans that he'll be making a few more tickets available.

A couple of days ago AJ posted "a couple of hundred being release Jan 24 at 6pm via @oztix"

At this stage fans in both Sydney and Brisbane can snatch up the extra tickets which will be made available via Oztix at 6pm on 24th January.

Only a couple of hundred tickets will be released and it isn't clear if Melbourne which is also sold out will be getting an extra release too.
